And now spring has sprung...

So spring sprung. Everything is all green and leafy. And the dandelions are taking over the front lawn now that the lawn guys have trimmed it down to size. At least they’re pretty and I don’t have allergies… Supposed to rain for the next dew days too.

💻 Freenode and Libera

In other drama…Freenode. I’m not even sure what is going on there anymore besides apparently a rich dude (who also claims to be royalty?) has taken over freenode, apparently done a whole slew of douchebaggy things, including taking over channels to try and keep them from leaving. Doesn’t sound very free and open to me, but…shrug I don’t actually know any of the people involved…though I lean strongly towards believing freenode’s old admins. Seems kind of odd they’d all leave at once and then tell identical lies.

Either way, I have my libera.chat account set up, and I’ve rejoined the dozen channels I use that moved. We’ll see what happens.

🐲 Anime and stuff

I recently found an old cartoon series from when I was a kid…Dinosaucers! So good and cheesy. And doubtless part of my long journey to furriness. :)

Also been slooooowly working my way through Assassination Classroom and Hisone no Masotan. Good stuff, but I wish I had enough time to just binge it. :)

As always, plenty to watch and not nearly enough time to watch it.

💉 Vaccination!

As of this past Saturday, everyone here is all vaxxed up. This is a good thing, it means my housemates can start going and doing things and getting out of my hair for a while… They’re even planning on going out of state for a week in a few months. Woo!
